Since 2000, Carrie has been an advocate for health and fitness and spends most of her time working with elementary aged students in a physical education setting. Her passion is to help all students young and old experience the benefits of connecting their breath, body, heart, and mind. Her most recent work in Atlanta, GA has been with Grounded Kids Yoga (95 hour training, 2016) and Tough Love Yoga 200 hour and Yogahour training (2017). In her free time she loves to practicing and teaching yoga, running, mediation, and whole food based cooking. She is inspired by reading, connecting with nature, listening to music and podcasts, and art.
