Courtney Meyer
St. Louis, Missouri Courtney Meyer, RYT-200, began her yoga practice in early 2010. She quickly gravitated toward the physical and mental challenges yoga offered. Courtney has taught yogahour® since the start of 2013 and became yogahour certified in 2014. She currently teaches yogahour classes at Southtown Yoga in St. Louis, Missouri.
